Cookie Ingredients:
1 cup Almond flour (or ground almonds)
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of baking soda
3 Tbs Coconut oil (melted) 
2 Tbs Raw honey
1 tsp vanilla 
1 Tbs Almond milk
1 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder

Frosting:
3 Tbs Vanilla Greek Yogurt
                                                                                Frozen Raspberries (handful)
                                                                                2 tsp stevia
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Line baking tray with parchment paper
3. Mix dry cookie ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls. Combine in a food processor till smooth.
4. Roll one inch sized balls and gently flatten onto tray.
5. Cook for 10-13 minutes. Place in refrigerator for cooling.
6. Combine all frosting ingredients in food processor and smooth onto your delicious cookies.

These cookies are made from all whole ingredients so I do not believe nutritional facts are necessary. Each cookie has about 3g of protein. Try your best not to eat them all at once!

These cookies have a secret ingredient… CHICKPEA'S aka Garbanzo Beans
Benefits of Chickpeas: Good source of Iron, Manganese, Folate, Magnesium, Protein and Fiber. Chickpea's may even help prevent cancer. They contain a phytochemical called Saponins, which works as an antioxidant. Although you should not over indulge in these cookies, they are a great alternative to the typical sugar filled version you find in stores.



Ingredients:
1 can of drained and rinsed Chickpeas/Garbanzo beans
1/2 cup Almond butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 tsp Vanilla 
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Baking Powder
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F
2. Combine all ingredients in food processor until chickpeas are totally blended
3. Put mixture into bowl and mix in dark chocolate chips
4. Bake until browned (15-20 minutes)
5. Give them out to friends and family. 
WARNING: Do not reveal secret ingredient till they have tasted

Pancake Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 Tbs almond butter
1 ripe banana
pinch of baking powder
Cinnamon added to liking 

 Toping Ingredients:
 Honey
 Cinnamon
 OR  Walden Farm Calorie Free Syrup


Directions: 
1. Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor (I used the Magic Bullet)  
 2. Spray pan with coconut oil or canola oil, cook on medium heat
 3. Slowly pour pancake mixture into pan. (Mini pancakes work best)
 4. Drizzle organic honey and sprinkle cinnamon on top as a healthy alternative to syrup.
